Empowering event organizers to elevate experiences for 15,000+ fans.

The Event Organizer Dashboard was the internal tool powering the Xperience fan engagement platform. It allowed event teams to manage attendee photo submissions, schedule jumbotron displays, and monitor engagement across events with 10,000+ fans.

I led the design execution of the dashboard from mid-fi to hand-off, managing a team of 4 designers. The result was a scalable, intuitive system built to handle real-time demands across a variety of live event formats.

Grace Fellowship Church East needed a website redesign that not only adapted to their recent rebrand, but also was strategic in nature to consider their target users, user journeys, and overhauling the information architecture and visual identity to help visitors and drive conversions.

I led design execution across the full Event Organizer experience, working with a team of 4 designers to shape the following core flows:

  1. Sign Up – Onboarding new organizers with clarity and ease

  2. Choose a Subscription – Guiding users through plan selection and value-based upsell

  3. Create an Event – Streamlining event setup across multiple formats

  4. Manage an Event – Enabling real-time content scheduling, moderation, and analytics

These flows were designed to scale across event sizes and use cases.
